Sharon Lavonne Scott-Telles

Scott-Telles, Sharon Lavonne 65, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 20, 2012. She was born in Lamesa, TX on September 12, 1947 to J.C. and Nell (Hall) Scott. Sharon grew up in Hobbs, NM and graduated from Hobbs High School. She moved to Socorro, NM in 1971. Sharon worked at the New Mexico Tech Library for 25 years and also attended classes there. She enjoyed camping and working in her flower garden and she loved fishing with her family at Elephant Butte. She was preceded in death by her beloved father. Sharon is survived by her devoted husband of eleven years, Tony Telles; her loving children, Scott Wooldridge and wife, Liz; and Christi Buhrle and husband, John; her sister, Donna Mascarenas and husband, Eddie; her loving mother, Nell Scott; and her adored grandchildren, Rebecca, Michelle, Anthony, Nicholas, Jacquelyn and Dana. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at 12:00 pm, at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Socorro Chapel, 309 Garfield St, Socorro.
