Shea Lang

LANG- Shea Lang born June 27, 1978 in York, Pennsylvania to Robert and Jackie Lang, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Albuquerque, on Sunday, March 6, 2011. Shea’s life, although so short, brought to his family and friends many memories; dry wit, theatrical presence and kindness. Shea will always be remembered for his love of karaoke, his great skill at playing practical jokes on family and friends, his love of music, movies, games and his sarcastic love of humor that kept everyone in their toes. He worked from the time he was a teenager as a restaurant dishwasher, bus person, waiter and manager. Leaving his family owned restaurant business, he embarked on a career with Wal-Mart in Cortez, Colorado and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Shea was known for his dedication to customer service and always put the public ahead of himself. Shea is preceded in death by his father, Robert Lang. He is survived by his mother, Jackie Lang and brother, Dylan Lang of Albuquerque, NM. Shea will be dearly missed by his grandparents, Walter and Bernice Mainrich of Chisholm, Minnesota and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. “Bob and I have always agreed that Shea and Dylan are the two best things we’ve ever done in our lives. Please keep Dylan in your thoughts and prayers.
