Born in Sioux City, IA passed away peacefully, Monday, March 28, 2016. She was a resident at the Rio Grande Retirement Community. She received a B.A. from Wayne St. College in Wayne Nebraska. Shirley was a member of the Order of Eastern Star for over 60 years; Order of White Shrine of Jerusalem for 60 years and served as Grand Royal Matron, Order of Amaranth. Shirley had a great love of music through her singing, playing the organ and piano for many organizations. She was an avid Denver Bronco fan. She will be greatly missed by her sons, Richard Davis and wife, Anna of Virginia Beach, VA; Kim Davis and wife, Rosalinda of, Albuquerque, NM. She has five grandchildren and two step-grandchildren. She has 16 great grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be at Logan National Cemetery.
