Stella Contreras

Contreras, Stella  Age 90 passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021.  Stella was born on September 19, 1931 to Adolpho and Dolores Pino in Magdalena, New Mexico. 

She is preceded in death by her husband Robert and children, Ronald Contreras, Debra Cross, and Valarie Brown. She is survived by her loving children Dolores E. Contreras, Elizabeth Thomas (David), Jeanette Wilson, Robert Contreras Jr., and Marie Estella Otero, 9 grandchildren, and 16 great grand-children. 

Stella was kind and gentle without a mean bone in her body and spoke well of those she knew and graciously welcomed people to her home and heart.  She was a lifetime resident of her beloved town of Magdalena and one year was the Old Timer's Queen.  She loved her family beyond measure and will be forever missed.
