Steve Stevo"" Dwayne Hodgson

Steve Dwayne Hodgson, known as, "Stevo" by his many friends, of Farmington, went to be with his heavenly father on July 10, 2009. Steve was born on April 2, 1957 in Farmington to the late Dale Hodgson and Lois Hodgson. He left behind his wife, Katie Hoagland-Hodgson, step children Michael Simpson, Jeff Treat and wife Mandy, Michael-Anthony Simpson II and wife Nicole, Katie Simpson, Jr., a very special niece, Johnnysue Barney, seven grand children, his mother, Lois Hodgson, brother Richard Hodgson, nephew Kaleb Hodgson, niece Bethany Ray, husband Matthew Ray, children Levi and Luke Whitley and Kellan Ray, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Steve made friends everywhere he went and willingly offered a helping hand and encouraging word to all those he met along life's journey. Although he had no chldren of his own, he was constantly blessing the kids in his life by bringing them something special or doing things for them. He met life and all of us with a broad smile and an open heart. He was passionate about his Harley and a talented craftsman with an incredible ability to except people as they are and to always, "stop and smell the roses". Like many things in life, we did not take the time to say how much we appreciated him. He will be greatly missed.
