Steven D. Anaya

Age 38, born on November 20, 1973, our beloved son, brother, grandson, uncle and nephew passed away unexpectedly on October 15, 2012. He was preceded in death by grandparents Carmen and Arthur Anaya, Marjorie Martinez and Annie Martinez; uncles Arthur Anaya Jr., Richard Martinez, Carlos Gallegos, Tony Nuanes, Arthur Montoya and nephew Robert R. Coffey. Steven is survived by his parents Gilbert and Beverly Anaya, grandfather Porfirio Martinez; brother Gilbert Anaya Jr.; sisters Kathleen Garcia (Kevin Lopez), Meredith Anaya, Marjorie Anaya and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. A private viewing will be held at Daniels Funeral Home, 1100 Coal Ave. S.E. on Sunday October 21 from 2 - 4 p.m., public viewing from 4 �?? 6 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 6 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be on Monday, October 22 at St. Frances Xavier Catholic Church, 820 Broadway S.E, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be held immediately following the mass at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. A reception will follow the burial at the St. Frances parish hall. Pallbearers will be Matthew Anaya, Timothy Chavez, Vincent Garcia, Dominic Vallejos, Raymond and Adam Lopez.
