Steven Anthony Carrillo

On June 26, 2023, at 4:32 am, The Lord has gained another angel in the name of Steven Carrillo, AKA Sleepy.

He was born in Socorro, NM on 2/27/1981, he was 42 years old.  Steven was a loving and caring person, who had a big heart and was loved by everyone he came in contact with.

He lived in so many different cities, Socorro, Las Cruces, and Roswell…just to name a few.  But his favorite place was Socorro.  He always ended up back there.

He is preceded in death by his dad Cornelio Carrillo, his grandmother Delfina Carrillo, and his uncle Jimmy Carrillo.

He leaves behind his mother Gloria Snow- (Gerri Rosales), his sister Elizabeth Snow- (Diane Ybarra), his brother Cornelio Carrillo Jr., his daughter Mariah Valles, and his auntie Kathy Carrillo.

He also leaves behind nieces; Jasmine Balderas- (Jared Balderas), Ashley Armijo- (Cheegwah Shopteese), and Stephanie Ybarra.  His great nieces; Myra and Hope and his great nephews Isaiah, Corvis, Yuriah, and Elijah.

He leaves behind his baby, his best friend who’s named PUPPY, whom he loved so much and took her everywhere he went.

Last but not least he also leaves behind so many other family members and friends who loved him dearly.

He was a son, brother, grandson, dad, uncle, nephew, cousin, boyfriend, and friend.

You have earned your wings now it’s time to fly!!!

A public viewing will be held on Friday, July 7, 2023, from 6-7 pm.
