Steven Vincent Gonzales

Steven Vincent Gonzales, age 58, passed away on August 19, 2021, after battling cancer for over 20 years. He was born in Albuquerque, NM on July 19, 1963.

 

Steven is survived by his parents, Benny and Mable Gonzales, his brother David Gonzales, his sister Debra Gonzales, his nephew David Gonzales Jr., his nieces Jasmine Garza and Danielle Gonzales and his great-niece Aliyah Gonzales.

 

Steven was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. He retired from the City of Albuquerque where he worked for the Parks and Recreation Department. He loved music and sports. His favorite teams were the Raiders and the Celtics.

 

A Rosary will be held on Monday, August 30, 2021 at 7:00 pm at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 3113 Carlisle Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110. Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5311 Phoenix Ave. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, with a burial to follow at the Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
