Terry Herman Schultz
Age 56, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017in Rio Rancho, NM . He was born in Albuquerque, NM on March 2, 1961, to Herman and Elize Schultz.
Terry graduated as a Basketball Champ from Bernalillo High School. Shortly after high school he entered in the Navy in 1982. Where he received, Navy "E" Ribbon, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon with 2 stars, Antarctic Service Medal, and 1st Navy Good Conduct for period ending March 1986. Terry met his wife of 30 years, Doreen Steffens in Antarctica. They were married in New Zealand on February of 1986. After retiring from the Navy, Terry went on to become the Fire Chief for St. Michaels Fire Department in MN, all while he was a Iron worker where he did both for 20 years. He retired in 2008 where he and Doreen returned to Albuquerque, NM. He loved to be around his family. His grandchildren were his pride and joy. He taught them so much. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Loved to take long rides with his friends on his Harley.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and brother Robert Schultz
Terry is survived by his daughter, Byanne Schultz; sons, Cory and Nicholas Schultz; grandchildren, Shawnaya, Tyree Harris, Jesse, and Jace Schultz.
Memorial will be held on Friday, November, 10, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow in Regina, NM at 1:00PM
