Tessie Sullens

SULLENS - Tessie Sullen passed away May 12, 2011 at the age of 65. She was born and raised in Santa Fe but has resided in Rio Rancho for the past 17 years. She worked with the elderly at the retirement center and enjoyed working with the public schools and young children. She also enjoyed being with her family, spending time at the casino and playing the lottery. Tessie is preceded in death by her father, Roman Trujillo; mother, Dorothy Babcock; brother, Lawrence Trujillo and sister, Rose Donahue. She is survived by her children, Verna Guitierrez and husband Steve, James Montano, Albert Montano, Della Lopez and husband Jonathan, Vickie Garcia and husband Art all of whom reside in Rio Rancho; eleven grandchildren, Amanda, Matthew, Jennifer, James, Gilbert, Deziree, Melissa, Arthur, Jacob, Lawrence and Krystal; four great-grandchildren, Marissa, Gwen Alex, Esperanza and Junior; brothers, Joe Trujillo, Albert Trujillo; sisters, Romie Sanchez, Frances Martinez, Agnes Armijo, Lucy Vigil and Mary Ann Waterman, Maida Apodaca, Mary Rubi and many nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Tessie was dearly loved by her children and will be greatly missed.
