Torres, Theresa L. On May 13, 1961, God granted us a beautiful soul, Theresa Louise Rodarte. Her courageous parents Mike and Clorinda nurtured through life, even after their passing. When Theresa met her soul mate Gregory Torres they found peace and comfort in one other. On July 19, 1980, they started a voyage bonded by marriage. The road of parenthood, love and learning started with Gregory Michael. Sylvana, Trista and Elias were to follow; creating a beautiful, unique family of six. Theresa had the honor of raising her family with the families of her siblings which include brother Robert and sisters Eleanor, Gina, and Margret. These years were filled with the things that define Theresa. Love, laughter, camping, protecting her children, smiling, working hard, journaling, teaching her grandchildren Devin and Isaac new things, above all spending Sundays with her handsome Husband Greg. Their 33 years of marriage gave the world more love, hope and enthusiasm than any couple could give. May she be sitting in heaven with her gorgeous smile, still protecting and guiding her family. Theresa will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Rosary will be held at Daniels Mortuary on 8th St. & Stover Ave. Thursday August 1, 2013 at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will take place at Immaculate Conception on Friday August 2, 2013 at 10:00 am. Burial will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery following service. Pallbearers will be Mark Chavez, Felix Montoya, Lawrence Brady, Kenny Chavez, Joey Quintana, Nash Ramirez. Honorary pallbearers are Joe Trujillo and Mario Chavez.
