Beloved husband, father & grandfather passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday 2/9/16. He is survived by his wife Loretta of 48 years and his daughter Angela of Victorville, CA and his son Thomas of Rio Rancho, NM and his grandchildren Cheyanna & LaJune. He was an active employee of almost 40 years of the Rio Rancho Water Utility Company.
