Raia, Thomas L., Jr.Age 47, passed away Sunday, November 4, 2012. He was born on February 4, 1965 to Thomas L. and Carolyn (Kieser) Raia, Sr. of Staten Island, NY. He served in the US Air Force. He had worked as a facilities manager for Los Alamos National Laboratories and as a project manager for Sunstate Mechanical. All the while, Mr. Raia owned his own company, Pioneer Trailer Rentals. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.Mr. Raia was preceded in death by a daughter, Rachael Raia. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Penny (Andreou), of Rio Rancho, NM; children, Rebekah Raia and Matthew Raia, of Rio Rancho, NM; father, Thomas L. Raia, Sr., and his wife, Trudy, of Rio Rancho, NM; mother, Carolyn Brech and her husband, Jim, of Denver, CO; and siblings, Lynne Raia and Robert Raia and his wife, Heidi.A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at First Baptist Church of Rio Rancho, 3906 19th Avenue SE, Rio Rancho.
