Otero, Trinie  
84, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 17, 2015 with her loving family at her side. She was born in Albuquerque, NM on August 16, 1930 to Alisandro and Romanita (Padilla) Otero. She was a lifelong resident of Socorro and was a housekeeper for many years. She loved everyone without conditions, her children and grandchildren were hers by choice and she dedicated her life to them.Trinie enjoyed playing baseball in her younger years and then watching the game later in life, especially her grandson, Nicholas. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Alex Otero; her sisters, Mariana Lopez, and Inez Napoleon; her sister in law, Geri M. Otero; and her son, Gilbert Hidalgo Sr.Trinie  is survived by her children, Eddie Hidalgo; and Irene Hidalgo; her grandchildren, Rebecca; Gilbert Jr.; Nicholas; Courtney; Christopher; and David; her brother, Pete Otero; sisters, Macedonia Lesperance; and Lola Otero; sister in law, Grace Otero Wanger; and many other loving family members. Granny will also be greatly missed by her great grandchildren, Sierra; Symone; Bryce; Neveah; Nicholas Jr "Nico"; Jillian; and Clayton and as she dances now in Heaven, we will be blessed with Nyellia, who will be here soon. The Holy Rosary will  be recited on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 10:00 am at the San Miguel Catholic Church, 403 El Camino Real, Socorro followed by the Communion service which will begin at 10:30 am with Deacon Nick Keller. Interment will be held in the San Miguel Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers are Gilbert Hidalgo Jr, Nicholas Hidalgo, Randy Otero, Joey Anaya, Mike Lopez, and Tony Lopez.
