Tuyet Thi Tsay

Tuyet Thi Tsay passed away January 8, 2024 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  She was born September 17, 1955 to Duoc Van Tran and Tri Thi Tran in Saigon, Vietnam.  She attended High School in Saigon City and graduated as a nail technician at the Olympian Academy of Cosmetology.  She married her husband, Jeng Yang Tsay, in 1975 Jacksonville, Florida.  She was an accomplished and successful Business woman. She owned her own nail salon and several restaurants from 1986-2004 throughout the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas.  She enjoyed gardening, watching old Vietnamese drama movies, cooking, and Karaoke.  She also loved sharing funny stories with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Jeng Yang Tsay of Rio Rancho, NM; daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth and Tom Kuan of Albuquerque, NM; daughter and partner, Lindsey Tsay and Nick Holthouser of Rio Rancho, NM; daughter and son-in-law, Allison and Josh Cawley of Rio Rancho, NM; grandchildren, Stephen Tsay, Vaden Deubel, Lilly Kuan, Quenten Deubel and Lance Holthouser.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 31, 2024, 10:30am, Daniels Family Funeral Services, 4310 Sara Road SE, Rio Rancho, NM. Interment will follow service, Vista Verde Memorial Park, 4310 Sara Rd., Rio Rancho, NM 87124.
