Vicentita G Lujan

Lujan, Vicentita Age 93, beloved mother and grandmother , was embraced by the Lord and taken to her heavenly home Thursday, January 19, 2012. She was born in La Jara, NM and was a resident of Bernalillo, NM, where she was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Vicentita was a member of the American Legion Post #100 Ladies' Auxiliary, a member of The Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies' Auxiliary; and a member of the Senior Citizen Center in Bernalillo, NM. She was preceded in death by her parents, Abenicio and Dolores Gurule; her husband Ramon Lujan; and children, Loretta Lujan, Virginia Estrada and Baby Joey Lujan; and sister Ricardita Moreno. Vicentita is survived by her loving children, Manuel, Julio, Arabella, Elizabeth, Theresa, Vicentita Dolores Lujan and Cecilia Moya; 21 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and other numerous relatives and friends. Vicentita will be greatly missed by all. Visitation will be Sunday, January 22, 2012 from 6:00 pm-7:00 pm at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 301 Camino Del Pueblo, Bernalillo, NM, where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, January 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Sorrows Cemetery. Casket Bearers will be Tim Lujan, Clorence Leyba, Joshua Perea, Patrick Anthony Sanchez, Abie Moya and Manuel Moya.
