Rodriguez Sr.--Victor Manuel. Age 69 passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2019. He was born in Durango, Mexico on July 17, 1950, to Pedro Rodriguez and Maria del Pilar Villa. He was raised in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua and El Paso, Texas. Since, 1975, he was a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, where he worked construction for many years. He was a faithful member of Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church. He loved to restore classic cars, woodworking and going the flea market. He was also an avid keychain collector.
Victor is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Martha Estela Rodriguez of Albuquerque, NM, three children who he adored Alma C. Rodriguez-Ramirez (Adam), Martha Christina Rodriguez, and Victor Manuel Rodriguez, Jr. He will be greatly missed by his three grandchildren, Esai Ramirez, Eliana Ramirez and Nathalia Rodriguez. Mother, Maria del Pilar Villa, siblings, Guadalupe, Jose, Victoria, Marisela, and Josefina. He had 18 brother and sister in-laws, 48 nieces and nephews and many God Children. He held all his family close to his heart.
He was preceded in death by his father Pedro Rodriguez and his in-laws Mr. and Mrs. Molina.
Visitation will be held at Strong Thorne Mortuary located at 1100 Coal Ave SE, Albuquerque, NM on Thursday, November 21st at 12:00 p.m. Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m.
Mass of Catholic Burial will be celebrated on Friday, November 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady Assumption Church. Followed by burial at Mount Calvary located at 1900 Edith Blvd, NE.
Pallbearers will be Victor M. Rodriguez, Jr., Adam Ramirez, Esai Ramirez, Billy Allen, Benjamin Allen, Brian Allen, and Armando Ramirez.
Honorary pallbearers are Oscar Quiñonez, Mario Molina, Eddie Velo, Aaron Torres, Omar Durán, and Alejandro Molina, Jr.
