Virginia Jewel Gilmore

Virginia Jewel Gilmore, 60, of Bloomfield, died on Wednesday, April 20, 2011, in Bloomfield. She was born July 14, 1950, in Winslow, Ariz., to Jack and Marie Gilmore. Her clans are Tohaheedliini (Water Flows Together), Bitani (Folded Arms), paternal (Tohaheedliini) and maternal Taabaahi (Edgewater). Virginia cared for her nephew, Ukiah, and they enjoyed fishing, gardening and the outdoors. She was a die-hard Oakland Raiders fan. She worked as a commercial electrician. Virginia is survived by her father, Jack Gilmore Sr.; and brothers, Jerry, Frankie, Jack Jr. and Ricky.
