Newton, Virginia Hope
Age 80, passed away peacefully in her sleep Monday afternoon at her residence in Rio Rancho.  Virginia was born February 1, 1935 in Woodlawn, Virginia and married Earl Newton on June 20, 1952 in Norfolk. Known as "Jenny", she worked for many years as a campus aide at Cibola High School and retired in July of 1994. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one sister and her husband.  Survivors include her two sons, Steve with his wife Jeri of Phoenix, Arizona, and Sam with his wife Teresa of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, one grandson, Mark and his wife April; three great grandchildren, Michael, Meagan, and Mallory.
