Virginio Leyba

Leyba, Virginio Age 73, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He loved to watch his grand kids play sports and his roses. He enjoyed baseball, lobo basketball and cowboy movies. Virginio was born in Pena Blanca, NM on July 14, 1938 to the late Atilano and Pepa Leyba. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Alvin; and sisters, Rosa and Eva. Virginio is survived by his wife, Anna; and four children, Rose Ann and husband; George, Michael, Pauline, and Katrina; grandchildren, Brian, Kristin, Erika, Michelle, Jonathan, Aaron, Brandon and Justine; sisters, Martha and husband Ray, Ursula, Katy and husband Freddie, and Della. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:00 at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Pena Blanca, NM. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. also at the Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Pena Blanca, NM. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Cemetery, Pena Blanca. Pallbearers will be Brian Pitts, Aaron and Brandon Gregerson, Jonathan Romero, George Pitts and Cody Sprouse. Honorary Pallbearer will be Alfred Garcia. Virginio's care has been entrusted to:
