Wanda Ruth Plemons

Wanda Ruth Plemons, age 84 of Farmington, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2009 at the Cedar Ridge Nursing Home. Wanda was a wonderful Mother to nine children and adored each and every one. She spent her spare time doing needlepoint and working crossword puzzles. She was also a lifelong member of the Salvation Army where she worked until she retired...Wanda was born February 21, 1925 in East Liverpool, Ohio to Lela C. Ward Blue and Jean Blue. She and her family lived in Ohio until 1973 and then they moved to Kirtland. Our beloved Dad Leon Plemons and brother Nathan Schrieber preceded her in death. She is survived by children Coralleen (Corky) Karlin, (Don) of Farmington, Farley Schrieber (Machell) of East Liverpool, OH, Lori Thomas (Troy) of Phoenix, AZ, Lynn Plemons (Jay), of Kirtland, Sandy Wilson of Weirton, WV, Terry Plemons (Faye) of Warners, Georgia, Bill Plemons of Farmington, NM, Basil Plemons (Chris) of Bloomfield, NM, and Wayne Plemons of Albuquerque, NM, 18 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends and family on Sunday May 31, 2009 at the home of Corky and Don Karlin.
