Warren A. Knox

KNOX, WARREN A. Age 90, a resident of NM since 1961, living in Tijeras, Albuquerque, and then Rio Rancho, for the past three years; previously of Fairless Hills, PA, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2013. He was born in Philadelphia, PA on November 22, 1922, to Alexander and Mae (Kersey) Knox. He was preceded in death by his first wife in 1989, Madeline K. Knox and his second wife in 2005, Inez Knox. Warren is survived by his children, Thomas Knox of Albuquerque, NM, Susan Knox of Aurora, CO, Norm Knox and wife Connie of Rio Rancho, NM; grandchildren, Tim Knox, and Jessica Knox; great-grandchildren, Serenity Knox, Madison Knox, and Tim, Jr. "T.J.", Knox; step children, Betsy McKenna, Susan Robbins, Jim Gowton, Mike Gowton, Russ Gowton. He served in the Army Air Corps during WWII and was a member of Checkertail 325th Squadron. Warren was a wonderful father and had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed playing golf and riding his mountain bike. A Memorial Service will be held at 12:30 pm, on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at Daniels Family Funeral Services, Sara Road Chapel, 4310 Sara Road SE, Rio Rancho, NM.
