Wayne F. Conway

Conway, Wayne F. Age 85, was received into the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ on Tuesday morning, August 6, 2013 at his home in Rio Rancho. He was born to the late James and Ida Conway on July 21, 1928 in Winchester, KS. Wayne was a Veteran of the United States Army and served his country during the Korean War. He was a resident of Rio Rancho since 2004. Wayne is survived by his wife of 52 years, Alicia Conway; his two sons, Mark Conway and wife Abigail and Terry Conway and wife Gloria; and his sister, Sue Carey. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, Becki David, Staci Frye, Jessica Conway, Mark D. Conway, Sarah Conway, Daniel Conway and Bethany Conway; three great-grandchildren, Mikaela Frye, Ezekiel Frye and Oliver David. Wayne was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be sorely missed. Visitations will be held Monday, August 12, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Iglesia Bautista Betania Central, 501 Aztec NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107, where Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at 2:15 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery. At the family's request, in lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or to the American Bible Society.
