William J. Barrows

William J. Barrows passed away on July 4, 2011 after a lengthy illness, He was 81. Mr. Barrows was born on July 15, 1929 to Virgil L. Barrows and Lillian Henzelman Barrows in Davenport, Iowa. Mr. Barrows served in the United States Navy. He was the owner/operator of Bill’s Foreign Repair garage in Albuquerque before his retirement. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Nancy of the family home in Bluewater Acres, NM. Three children: Debbie Murrietta of Albuquerque, Daniel Barrows and his wife Jo of Virginia Beach, VA., and Dawn Barrows of Albuquerque. Three Grandchildren: Roy Wagner and his wife Audri, April Payne, and Art Murrietta. Two Great-grandchildren: Shianne Wagner and Daniel Wagner. And numerous other family members. His parents preceded him in death: Virgil and Lillian Barrows. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday July 16, 2011 at the family home in Bluewater Acres at 1:00 PM with a eulogy given by his Grandson Roy Wagner.
