William Albertus McPherson

William Albertus McPherson, born September 21, 1927, was taken to continue his journey with our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, July 29, 2009. Bill, a professional truck driver, drove cross country 40 years with 5 million accident-free miles. Loving the open road, making friends with everyone he met, Bill always had a smile on his face and was willing to help anyone in need. Though he will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Bonnie, of 59 years; one sister, six children, 11 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and numerous relatives and all his friends, we will cherish the memories of family gatherings, his funny little stories, his giant-sized hands and the time we were blessed with.
