Lucero, Willie Jr. "Juno"
Age 44, unexpectedly left us on Thursday, November 10, 2016. He was born in Socorro, NM on May 6, 1973, to Lucy Cano and Willie R. Lucero. Juno was a man of many talents that not very many knew about. He was an artist, had a love of music, played guitar, and cooked. But most of all he loved to fish. He was a man of his word and a protector to all who were dear to his heart. Juno is preceded in death by his grandparents, Juan and Juanita Aragon, Augustine and Della Lucero; uncles Benny Aragon, Bennie Armijo, Reynoldo "Rey" Lucero, Leroy Lucero, Charlie Lucero and Frankie Lucero; aunts Connie Aragon, Geraldine Romero, and Vivian Armijo; cousins, Pamela Martinez, Nelson Zamora, and Josie Pino. Juno is survived by both his parents; sisters, Juanita Lucero and Prescillia Pino; and brother Carl (Elise) Cano; nephews, Richard (Nadine), Justine Zamora, Brandon Craddick, and Alejandro Cano; nieces, Jerrielyn Cano, Mikayla Craddick, Alisha Pino-Lucero; great nephews, Richard and Travon Zamora and Elijah Johnson; great nieces, Dajanai, Asia, and Briella Zamora; aunts and uncles, Fermie (Larry) Montoya, Evelyn (Ed) Gallegos, Annamae (Nick) Fleming, Henry Lucero, Augustine (Jars) Lucero Jr., and Sara Lucero; Goddaughter Monique Sedillo; and long time friend Stephanie Sedillo; and many cousins and friends. Rosary to be recited on Monday, October 30, 2017, at 8:30 am at San Miguel Catholic Church, 403 El Camino Real , Socorro. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Monday, October 30, 2017, at 9:00 am. Celebrant is Father John Anasiudu . Burial will take place at San Miguel Catholic Cemetery following service.
