Torrez, Willie G Beloved husband, father, grandfather, Tata, age 75, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2014. He was a friend to all that he met, a caring neighbor, a quiet and peaceful man. He loves music, cars and playing the accordion. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emilio and Sara Torrez; two brothers, Emilio and Eloy Torrez and sister Senaida Cordova. Willie is survived by his wife of 55 years, Crucita Torrez; children, Anthony Torrez, Helen Lopez and husband, Gilbert, Michael Torrez; grandchildren, Jacob Mendez, Tony Torrez, Nicole Mendez, Joseph Mendez, Regina Torrez, Sebastian Torrez and wife, Diane, Jared Torrez; great grandchildren, Brandon Mendez, Malachi Christopher and Isaack Torrez. A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at Chapel of Angels~Garcia Mortuary. A Mass to be celebrated on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at San Jose Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Jacob Mendez, Joseph Mendez, Sebastian Torrez, Jerry Cordova, Garland Torrez and Cipre Lucero. Honorary pallbearers will be, Felix Torrez, Lannie Torrez, Edwin Torrez, Rudy Torrez, Jared Torrez, Nicole Mendez and Regina Torrez.
