Willie Walker

Willie Walker, 68, born October 22, 1944 to the parents of J. P. and Ora Lee Walker in Terrell, Arkansas. He attended high school in Blytheville, Arkansas. He earned a B.A. Degree from University of Missouri at Kansas City. He is survived by his Ex-wife, Carolyn Walker; three children, Tonzell Walker of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Teresa Cox (Robert) of Dallas, Texas, Troy Walker of Chicago, Illinois and one step daughter, Sharon Bennett of Dallas, Texas; three grandchildren, Tonzell Walker, Briana Johnson and Latrice Walker; three brothers, J.R. Walker (Mary) and Danny Walker of Kansas City Missouri; Booker T. Walker of Dallas, Texas and one sister, Easter Walker of Kansas City, Missouri; a host of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. He was preceeded in death by both parents, two brothers, Jonathan Walker and James Arthur Walker; three sisters, Johnnie Mae Jones, Odessa Walker and Joyce Flournoy. Willie was the owner of Unisy Hair Supply in Albuquerque. His past employment associations were with: City of Kansas City, Missouri, Kraft Foods, F.D.I.C. Willie will be truly missed. Visitation will be held Friday, April 12, 2013, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Macedonia Baptist Church, 1509 Edith Blvd SE, Albuquerque. Service will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2013, 11:00 am, at Macedonia Baptist Church, 1509 Edith Blvd SE, Albuquerque. Interment to follow at Fairview Memorial Park, Albuquerque.
