Wilma Pauline Jernigan Gatewood

GATEWOOD- Wilma Pauline Jernigan Gatewood, 49, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away on February 23, 2011 with her loving family by her side. She was born on February 21, 1962 to William M. Jernigan and Donna Irene Jernigan. She is preceded in death by her beloved grandmothers, Nellie Pauline Jernigan and Juanita Swofford. Wilma is survived by her father William M. Jernigan of Reserve, NM; mother, Donna Irene Jernigan, of Boise, ID; daughter, Sheila Freeman, and her husband, Stephen, of Albuquerque, NM; sons, Mark Gatewood and his wife, Nicole, and Jeremy Gatewood and his wife, Sammie, all of Albuquerque, NM; grandchildren, Nathan and Melanie Freeman, Brianna, Maya and Abby Gatewood, and Seth and Luis Gatewood; brother, Nick Jernigan and his wife, Dena, of Albuquerque, NM; sisters, Marjorie Gatewood and her husband, Scott, of Meridian, ID, Marueen Santangelo and her husband, Anthony, of Albuquerque, NM, and Mikayla Jernigan of Madison, NJ; and mother-in-law and loving caretaker, Albertha Gatewood, of Albuquerque, NM. The Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM today, Friday, February 25, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints West Stake, 4500 Seven Bar Loop NW, Albuquerque, NM.
