Yvonne Elizabeth Garcia

Yvonne E Garcia 62, passed away unexpectedly on December 7, 2021. She was born to the late Sebastian and Marie Troncoso on July 6, 1959 in Albuquerque, NM. She is survived by her husband of 38 years Robert P. Garcia; son Miguel Troncoso, wife Sonya; grandchildren: Tobias, Lorelei, and Angelina Troncoso; brother Mario, wife Michelle; sister Maryann, husband Monty; sister Annette, husband Larry. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sebastian Troncoso and Marie Troncoso, and daughter Stephanie Marie Garcia.
Yvonne enjoyed spending her time helping at her church Our Lady of Guadalupe on the bereavement committee and in recent years at Holy Family Catholic Church and with the Knights of Columbus with her husband and son. She spent many weekends watching her grandchildren play sports from football, softball, track and field, to wrestling.
Yvonne previously worked as Educational Assistant for Albuquerque Public Schools and as caregiver and coordinator at Share Your Care Adult Day Care.
Services will be Monday January 3, 2022 at Holy Family Catholic Church. A Rosary will be recited at 8:30 am, Funeral Mass at 9:00 am. Internment will be at Sandia Memorial Gardens following mass. Reception to be held at Holy Family Parish Hall after the internment from 12 till 2pm.
