Henny T. Allen

ALLEN- Henny T. Allen, 60, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, NM, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 with his loving family by his side. Mr. Allen was born on April 6, 1949 to Murray and Gertrude (Smolkin) Utcowitz of Brooklyn, NY. He met the love of his life, Dorothy Carroll, when they were both employed with Albuquerque Datsun. Mr. Allen worked with several car dealerships including Bob Turner Ford for 14 years. For the last 8 years he worked for Wells Fargo. He worked hard for customer satisfaction and he lived by the "Golden Rule". He loved to cook and will be remembered for the special gourmet meals he made for his family and friends. He loved adventures and to travel especially camping trips with the family. He is preceded in death by his father, Murray Utcowitz; and his stepfather, Jules Lieberman. Mr. Allen is survived by his wife, Dorothy Carroll, who many will recognize as "Giggles the Clown"; his mother, Gertrude "Gertie" Lieberman; also his children, son, Cameron M. Allen (19) and daughter, Joselyn N. Allen (16); He loved the most being a father, and we love him and miss him so much; also his sister, Sherri Lund; mother-in-law, Charlene Koski; stepfather-in-law, "Papa Stan" Koski; brothers-in-law, Robert Carroll and his wife, Charlene, and BillyBob Carroll; sisters-in-law, Lydia Carroll and her husband, Pat Linville, and Elizabeth Koski and her husband, Mike Koski; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; best friends, Clark Dodd, Mark Gayer, Len Sprouse; and Joe Padilla, as well as many other dear friends.
