Nancy Dubiel

In loving memory of Nancy Dubiel, age 63, who passed away in her home on Wednesday, April 22, 2020, with her husband by her side, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Her husband wishes to thank all her family and friends for their overwhelming support, kindness and compassion during this most difficult time. He also expresses his sincere gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and entire staff, at the Ted and Margaret Jorgensen Cancer Center, each and collectively, for their outstanding dedication, compassion and genuine caring.

Nancy grew up in New Jersey, married in 1976 to her husband Stan, moved to New Mexico in 1986 and had become a true New Mexican from her first day here. She loved our state’s diversity, wide open space and mountain views. She was an avid reader of mysteries, enjoyed yoga, music, art, sewing, her cats and quiet times with her husband on the porch enjoying nature and the views. Nancy had strong work ethics, was always ready to lend a hand or tackle a new challenge. She enjoyed her job and cherished the friendships that developed with her co-workers.

Nancy is survived by her husband of 43 years Stanley Dubiel, sister Janice Jaeger and husband Mark Jaeger, brother Richard Hinson and wife Kitty Hinson, sister-in-law Wendy Dubiel and companion Chicki Pulis, brother-in-law Timothy Dubiel and wife Mary Lee Dubiel. Along their extended families.
