Age 47, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2016. He was born in Albuquerque, NM on November 28, 1968 to Ray & Elaine Barnard. Scott Retired from APD after serving 22 years of service. Scott loved working on models, especially with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed working on his car. Scott always loved a challenge & could figure anything out. He was known for his robust sense of humor & was notorious for his practical jokes. His good heart enabled him to find light in the toughest of times.
Scott loved & cherished his wife Rita. They shared a beautiful life with laughter & joy together, everyone surrounding them were privileged to see this. We are deeply saddened to no longer have him with us. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him dearly.
Scott is survived by wife, Rita Bibiano; Mother Elaine Barnard; Sister Sandra Barnard-Sanchez and Husband Anthony; Children Victoria Barnard, Jared Barnard, Alisha Gurule and Dominic Gurule- wife Tasha Gurule; Grandchildren Isaiah, Kehstein, Carly-Rose, Christian and Andrew, All of Albuquerque, NM. He was preceded in death by his father, Ray Barnard.

Services will be held on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 3:00 pm at Daniels Family Funeral Services-Wyoming Chapel 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. Reception to follow.
